Warranty Policy

Product Warranty: We provide a two-year warranty for all products (excluding bulbs).

Within two years, if you have any problems or questions about the product, please contact us by email at support@kisslightings.com and provide pictures and videos of the problem. We will reply to your email within 12 hours and provide you with a solution. If the problem is with the accessories, we will replace it for you free of charge by express delivery, and you will receive it within 9 to 10 working days. If the problem is caused by the circuit, our engineer will help you solve the problem within 1 to 2 working days.

(Please make sure that the product is installed by a professional electrician)

Note: Damage caused by improper use, man-made damage or natural disasters is not covered by our warranty policy.

After two years, we still provide technical support to help you solve the problem, but you need to pay for the replacement and technical support.
